Agreement

By downloading or using Marigold Cycle ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Marigold Cycle is a period and fertility tracking app. It helps you log your cycle, predict your period and fertile window, track toward pregnancy, and optionally share a limited view of your cycle with a partner. Predictions are estimates based on the data you log and published population averages.

Not medical advice. Marigold Cycle is for informational and personal-tracking purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Predictions and fertile-window estimates are not a reliable form of contraception and should not be used to prevent pregnancy. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.

Free Trial, Purchases, and Subscriptions

The App is free to download and includes a full-access free trial. After the trial ends, continued access to logging, predictions, and partner sharing requires Marigold Premium, available as either:

Lifetime — a one-time, non-consumable purchase with no recurring charges.
Annual subscription — an auto-renewing subscription. If it includes an introductory free trial, payment is charged to your Apple ID at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. The subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings, or from within the App under Settings → Premium → Manage subscription. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

Purchases and Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and charged to your Apple ID. GDW Entertainment does not collect or store payment information. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly through their Report a Problem page. Use of the App is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Your Data

Your cycle and health data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data. GDW Entertainment is not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or any other cause. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

Partner Sharing

Partner sharing uses Apple's end-to-end-encrypted CloudKit sharing. Only share your cycle with people you trust. You are responsible for who you invite, and you can revoke access at any time. GDW Entertainment cannot access shared data and cannot recover or moderate it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Use the App to track or monitor another person without their consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GDW Entertainment does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that predictions will be accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GDW Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any decisions made based on its predictions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
